Are you ready for Retreat 2025?!?! We have found a great location at the Best Western Plus in Portsmouth, NH (at the traffic circle) with the Roundabout Diner attached to the hotel. We are going back to 4 days and 3 nights, March 20-23, 2025 (Thursday through Sunday). The price includes 4 full days of sewing in the ballroom, 3-nights hotel and 3 buffet breakfasts provided by the fabulous Roundabout Diner. Complementary coffee and tea are available all day in the hotel lobby.
There are lots of quilt shops and great restaurants in the Portsmouth area and Marden’s in Maine is a short drive away.We have some great activities planned, like a mystery quilt, Left-Right-Center (round up those fat quarters), games, show and tell and maybe a surprise or two.The cost is $350.00 per person for a double room and $510.00 per person for a single room.Registrations will begin at the Guild meeting on October 2nd so bring your $50 deposit (cash or check) to reserve your spot as space is limited and you don’t want to miss out on another fun retreat! Highlights from the 2023-2024 Quilting Getaway
The Guild held its weekend retreat on March 15-17, 2024 at the Doubletree Hotel in Nashua, NH. Thirty one members and friends attended. To quote the retreat coordinator, “It was a fabulous weekend! I’ve organized a few retreats in the past, but I’ve never had such a wonderful group. The positive attitudes made the retreat a success.” We laughed, we sewed, we shopped, we got to know new quilters, we played, and we ate!
